Mary and Nick are the definition of power couple. They’re gorgeous together, plus they’re both really sharp and witty. Hilarious and beautiful, it’s a deadly combo. I’ve been friends with Mary for years, I even shot their engagement photos last year in the hot summer heat. This year was much cooler, thank goodness. They chose the Central Library in Indianapolis for their wedding and it was amazing. It’s a beautiful venue with an outdoor garden, and their wedding was the dance party of the century. Watching these two families come together was a beautiful thing. Thank you for hiring me, Mary and Nick!
The weather was perfect, the scenery was gorgeous and trust me, love (and dancing) was in the air. Bethany and Craig chose the Salt Creek Golf Retreat in Brown County, Indiana for their wedding and reception. Their ceremony was beautiful, but their love was the highlight of day. These two make a great team. Thank you, Bethany and Craig, for inviting me to capture your amazing day!
Sarah and Michael are an amazing couple and I was honored to shoot their Wisconsin wedding. These two never stop smiling. I could go on for hours about how sweet, kind, generous, and welcoming they are, but if you know them, you already know all that! Thank you, Sarah and Michael, best wishes and congratulations for many years to come!
Not only does Kristi Love have an awesome name, she is one of the kindest, sweetest, most genuine, honest, and amazing individuals I have ever had the pleasure of knowing. Since we met in seventh grade, she has been beautiful on the inside and out. That’s why her name was so perfect for her. But, as one of her matron of honor’s pointed out (thanks Karen!) she may be losing her last name, but she’s not losing ‘love.’ She’s gaining it! I believe Nate just might be her kind, sweet, genuine, honest, amazing and handsome equal. What a joy to be a witness to their wedding at Connection Pointe Christian Church and reception at the Pavillion Center in Avon, Indiana.
I’ve switched blogs and if you’re reading this, it means you’ve found the first official blog post of my new website! I’m re-posting a few favorites from my old blog, and this one is a goodie. Mary and I met years ago when we were both Pulliam Interns at The Indianapolis Star. She met Nick that summer and it all started at the Starbucks on Mass Ave. I can’t wait to shoot their wedding next year at Central Library. Cheers to Nick & Mary and many more cups of coffee together!
